I bought this glue to use on my false lashes to give it an eyeliner look for a party event. The lashes felt really glued in, like cement, and when I say CEMENT, they really were. Within 2 1/2 hours I was feeling like the glue was scratching and poking my eyes, it was irritating to my eyes, I couldn’t wait to get home to get them off, but NAY NAY my darlings, no chance in hell, those babies were going to stay glued in for a while, I used makeup remover, wash my face and nothing was going to get these lashes off. Each lash end was loose because I was trying to get them off but stop because my natural lashes were coming out too and it hurt. My eyes were so irritated and red, I was using eye drops to alleviate the pain and discomfort, (thank goodness I work from home and only my husband would be the only to see me… he still has nightmares ‘til this day) this lasted 7+ days, YES 7+ days, a friend of my suggested to go to one of the lash salons near my home and ask for help, (why didn’t I thought of that sooner, don’t know, may God was sending me a message by putting my husband through a test, BTW he is still with me) so I did call a near by salon and they were able to remove the remaining glue attached to the my natural and fake lashes. I gave a 3 star because it did what it said it would, GLUE the false lashes ON, and because DUO is a good brand, I use the glue that drys clear and I have NEVER EVER, had anything like this happened. BUYERS BEWARE, enter to the twilight lash glue zone knowing this can happen to you. I know in part it could have been an allergic reaction to this particular glue, but will never know since I didn’t go and get my eyes checked by a doctor.I do however have scared my husband for life, will need professional help to stop the nightmares, bahahaha!!!All jokes aside, be very careful, although DUO is a good brand, different types of glue have different ingredients to make the glue do it’s thing. Lash on ladies!! :)
