This product is always a hit. Smells fantastic, makes you enjoy the little ritual. The mascara is consistent until completely used. Isn’t super thick nor is it light. Brush is the soft type.Over the years, I've bought it all. From Maybelline to Chanel, Dior etc. Up until I found Guerlain, my favorite was Dior Show...But then came Guerlain! The first surprise was that it has an oh-so-subtle scent. Love it. But what matters is that it thickens and lengthens with zero clumps and actually looks natural. Lashes feel soft and they don't form those ugly clusters that look so fake. It comes off very easily at night. I was looking for something new as I had used DIOR SHOW for a very long time but never liked that it left smudges under my eyes. I finished my entire tube of Guerlain and loved it so much that i decided to buy it agin on Amazon. It lengthens and curls without clumping and makes my lashes look voluminous. The deep black color is perfect for everyday or add a few more coats before going for a night out. My new FAVORITE Mascara hands down.I have very sensitive eyes. This mascara does not leach into my eyes causing a burning or stinging sensation. i can wear it all day. Great product.I love using all-things-Guerlain!! Apart from anything else, the packaging makes their products feel like a hedonistic treat to myself. But obviously I need the product to do its job, too, and Cils d'Enfer doesn't disappoint! It has a lovely texture that builds up even my sparse lashes naturally, without clumping. It does, however, require a bit of patience- two light coats work far better than a single, heavy application which I find always increases the risk of clumping and smudging. The reward is lashes that look natural all day. This is my can't-do-without mascara - and it would definitely be one of my desert-island luxuries!Nice container and pleasant rose smell. A lovely vintage style mascara but that is about as good as it gets. Other reviews (from various different sites) said it's not clumpy.....mine was and it smudged when it was on. And to be honest, I have non curling mascaras that curl my eyelashes better than this one.It's OK if you just want something to shove on to colour your eyelashes, but there are cheaper ones out there that will do the same thing!!Clumpy and too perfumedAmazing product, I will buy another one.I love it:)
