I use this daily as a lash and eyebrow conditioner, and it works for that. I wish it colored my lashes more, but it just barely does that, so it is important to know that it does not color like a mascara. It works far better on my eyebrows. I had hoped that this might be a light substitute for mascara, but it isn’t. One very good reason to have this is for correcting mistakes after using mascara. If you have clumps or unevenness, this corrects that very well and is worth having, if only for that.It is unlike mascara in that it is not thick or clumpy. I have straight eyelashes even though they are fairly long. I use my eyelash curlers and then apply a layer of Cover Girl lash primer. This product goes on well on top of the primer. It gives color to my eyelashes without the thickness of mascara. There is no flaking or clumping. This is my third purchase. My make-up bag won't be without it. It's a bit pricey but it lasts for a long time.I’ve used this lash masque for about 5 years & love it. It goes on smoothly, looks natural & stays put without smearing, but easily washes off without remover.A tube lasts me 3-4 months so it’s a great value!I'm a redhead and as I've aged, my lashes have lost color and thickness. I love this product, but it is most effective in the first month. After that I would like to order again, but it costs too much to do that after one month.I've bought this product for years, used to be gold colored. I could not find the gold, figure they'd just changed the design, but the product itself is different. Goes on much darker which is not a plus for me as I had used it to help fill in eyebrows. Now it's too dark.I love this stuff, and have been using it for years. My local grocery store recently stopped carrying it and I finally bought it on here, the tube and brush are different than what I'm used to (Gold tube, tapered brush). The brush is more barreled, and not tapered. I'm getting over it. I wear minimal make up, and usually use this for my eyebrows and eyelashes for my everyday look. This is a great BASE for when you really want to POP your eyelashes using your regular mascara. Use this first, LET IT DRY, and then apply your mascara. Going on 5 years, this is my go-to, must have.I'm a blonde, and when I want a dramatic eye, I usually use black mascara. But for almost daily use, I love this stuff. It has plenty of color to make my eyelashes pop, and actually even when I wear black mascara on top, I will use this on the bottom so I don't look too spidery (may be an age thing, but looks better on me!) and also I don't get dark raccoon eyes! And it has enough color not to look funny with the black on top. I'm lucky, it's almost the exact same color as my eyebrows, kind of taupey brown, so I'll even use it as a quick eyebrow fix....holds them in place and evens the color. Looks really natural. Again, plenty of color to make your lashes stand out, but also more of a natural look. Love it! Easy to put on and take off too. I really can't think of any cons, like flaking, clumping or the like.I like this a lot. You really do BUILD the tint on your lashes, so it takes more than one coat to make a very dark look. Even one coat provides a very natural looking enhancement. The fluid itself is wonderfully NEVER clumpy, and does a great job showing up the very thin long tips to your lashes, both top and bottom. I especially like this on my bottom lashes, since in my mid-50s, I don't want a harsh eyeline or lash look, just an emphasis to make my eyes pop in a more natural and soft way. Wish it weren't so expensive compared to other mascaras.Edit late 2015: I was quite disappointed with my second tube of this product. It seems thicker, much more prone to clumping especially with the still-needed repeat application. Also seems more prone to flaking this time. Not sure I'll buy again. Sad because I had thought this was the answer to my quest for naturally enhanced lashes. Downgraded to 4 stars from my original 5 star review, to be honest I considered making it 3 stars.
