I had high hopes sftet reading all the hype sadly the mascara did not live up to it. Cakes up & smudges.It looks great but wears off through the day. I needed to carry it with me to reapply throughout the day,I really like this mascara! My lashes look nice and long! I just wish the shape of the brush was different but I highly recommend!When you decide to try products that are semi-clean or non toxic, it really is hit or miss. I have to say, this mascara is really good. It goes on smoothly and your eyelashes look great. No smudging, flaking or clumping. It rivals the best of the toxic ones :D It is a little pricey but it performs well so worth it if you can afford it. I've been trying other brands to find a better priced non-toxic mascara but have not been successful yet.This mascara is AMAZING! It's completely natural, when it dries it makes your eye lashes slightly firm which is great because if you curl them, it holds the curl really well, and it really makes your eye lashes soooo long. The only thing is I find it doesn't add enough volume so I always put a second layer of the Inika Bold Mascara over the top and it has the most gorgeous effect.This mascara is really beautiful! It is more of a "wet" formula, so be ready to work with it a little at first.When you use it for a week or so, it thickens a tiny bit, making it more creamy. Not a huge diff, but of note. But it makes gorgeous, thick lashes! I get no flaking, no smudging, no clumping, you can add a few layers or not, and it's easy to remove at the end of the day. I bought brown, which is a little lighter brown than most brown mascaras, which tend to be black/brown. But it's perfect.I will repurchase this for sure - in brown and black!I'm so happy with this purchase, I've tried a lot of safe/natural makeup and this is the best mascara I've tried thus far, I've found a winner! It makes my lashes look long and I have hardly any lashes so that is a huge accomplishment. It doesn't clump and stays on all day. Love this!Very dirtyStraight back to my teens in the 1970s with this smudgy product. If you want panda eyes by 9pm fine, but otherwise stick with modern mascaras.Great mascara, like that it is natural and not tested on animals. The outer tube flakes but not really a problem. Would have like the packaging to be sealed though. Someone else could have opened it before it got to me which is really off puttingI liked the packaging of this product and the tapered brush is a good design, but the mascara itself does not last well and over the course of a day it leaves powdery residue under and around the eye as it seems to flake off quite easily. Not particularly nice to apply as it can be quite lumpy and difficult to separate out.Beautiful mascara but wouldn’t expect anything less from Inika. Great coverage, goes on smoothly with no clumping. Makes my lashes look longer too which is a bonus. Highly recommended.Good quality, easy application and makes my lasher really long.
