I have alopecia which results in having no hair on my body, including my eyebrows and eyelashes. I start each day literally with a blank canvas and have to find tools to use that allow me to look like most women do naturally before they even start their makeup routine. Creating natural looking eyebrows as a natural blonde and eyelashes that look like they're my own are two of my biggest struggles. I don't want to draw attention to the fact that I don't have hair naturally, so I avoid heavy makeup for my everyday look. It would just draw attention to the areas that I don't want attention drawn to. I've spent a lot of time, money and frustration looking for products that allow me to create a look that is indistinguishable from how I would look if I didn't have Alopecia, a nature look that no one would notice wasn't how I normally look without makeup on.I have several pairs of high-end lashes that I buy from House of Lashes, but since I wear lashes every day, it would cost me a fortune to replace those as often as I'd need to. So for everyday wear I wanted to find lashes that are both durable enough to wear multiple times (with Proper Care), that also natural enough that they could easily pass for being my own natural lashes. I've probably tried every brand sold on Amazon and the KISS MLBB "All Mine" lashes with the clear band have so far been the most natural looking lashes I have found. I have tried all the other styles in the MLBB line. I started with the "So Natural" lashes which are anything but natural looking, in fact they are the least natural looking out of all. The MLB styles. After owning each of the lashes in the My Lashes But Better line, I have ranked them from most natural looking to least natural looking in the following order: All Mine, Blessed, NO Filter, and the least natural looking ironically is "So Natural."Everyone wears lashes for their own reasons, and while most people look for lashes that enhance their eyes and add a more dramatic look to their own natural lashes, I wanted to leave this review for those who may be struggling without natural eyelashes due to an autoimmune disorder (like Alopecia or hypothyroidism) and want to be able to create a look that makes them feel like themselves again. A look that no one would know that the lashes they see, aren't your own natural eyelashes. Now, your technique, the adhesive you use, and your level of experience applying lashes greatly affects how natural the lashes will look once they're applied, but it won't matter if you're a strip lash super guru, if the lashes your working with don't have the features that are necessary to create a natural look. The clear band and multi-directional placement of the lashes on the "All mine" style, when properly applied are absolutely the best strip lashes I've found under $10, which for me, make them the most practical and economical lashes for everyday use that I've found thus far. I use them with the KISS lash glue with Aloe applied to BOTH the lash band AND applied to my lashline. Always allow the glue to dry a full minute or more before applying them. I wait until the glue is mostly transparent, then using tweezers to apply ONLY the very center of the lashes to the center of my lashline, then I don't touch them for at least 30 seconds. I'll apply my concealer in the meantime and come back to my lashes after. After I've applied my concealer, I then use my tweezers to position each corner of the lashes in the exact spot I want them to adhere to, then hold them in that spot for 5 seconds. This ensures the longest adhesion and by attaching ONLY in the center first, the center of the lashes have had a chance to dry so they already are already centered and have a strong hold. Now I can tug, bend and manipulated the corners of each lash into the exact spot I want them to adhere to, without having worry about the entire lash sliding around or coming off completely and having to start all over when I need to bend the corners to my specific eye shape. (and we all know that proper placement of each corner is key in order for the lashes to look natural.) You can pull, bend and tug as much as needed because the Centerpoint of the lashes are already set firmly in place. =)So I hope sharing my experience has been helpful to others who, like myself, have experienced partial or total loss of their natural eyelashes due to an autoimmune condition, (Alopecia and hypothyroidism are 2 examples) who are searching for lashes that will look as natural as possible or even if you have naturally lashes but want to add a lil' extra pop without looking like a star in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, I highly recommend giving the MLBB "all mine" style lashes a try. For less than $5, what do you have to lose? You'll either love them and want to get a back up pair to have on hand in case the first pair get damaged or lost, or you'll have a great starting point that will help you identify what you don't like about the lashes so you will know which features to look for when you pick out the next pair to try. Either way the lashes are worth it for only $4. Give them a try. Heck, give each style a try like I did. Everyone has a different purpose for wearing lashes and what works for one person might not work for another, and the best way to know for sure is to see for yourself. Have fun with it. Cheers!
