For my understanding there's blue eyeliner is supposed to be waterproof the eyelashes fall off right away the eyeliner's okay but again it's so hard to wash off it took like 2 days and a bunch of makeup remover crazy I had to scrub that off and I mean scrub not worth it I bought a cheaper brand so much better by kiss
