It does it’s jobClear mirror comes with a plastic protector, really durable, and great place to store my lashes.Not for bigger lash wearers/ I have to take the plastic and glitter piece because I wear much longer, more dramatic lashesLooks just like picture great for traveling but the picture on top will probably get scratched up and the top layer is hard to open the eyelash holders on the inside come off which is goodWhat does it look like?So if you’re wondering what the inside actually looks like, it’s just a piece of plastic on top of a pink sparkly paper. It’s all just laid on top of each other so there is a concern of if you don’t close the top compartments and open one of the bottom ones, you might let the top section fall out. You could say there’s good and bad in this because you can change the paper if you want but it’s also not the most secure thing. Although they don’t move at all when you open it up, so that’s good!Structure?I do also have a little concern that one of the compartments feels a little loose and opens more easily than the other sections so it might loosen up in the future.I also included my hand for a size comparison. I like how it’s nice and flat but also small so easy to toss in a bag. If you want to store it with your makeup, it takes up about the space of about 1.5 height wise of a round setting powder. So for storage at home, I’d maybe say the flat book type of lash holder is better depending on your makeup drawers/desk size.so overall, i like. nice.I love the colors, no scratches, both outside or on the mirrors, as you can see you have to be careful when you open it cause both the eyelashes/paper/plastic thingy might fall... some held better but other fall easily... I myself did some changes to mine... I used some hot clue (crazy glue might have been a little less noticeable) and since I wear magnetic eyelashes instead I took off the magnetic strips that were originally in the on the white thingy on the back (had to be careful) and stick them on the containers as you can see now everything is secure and perfect!!! I know it’s a little bit of extra work but it’s totally worth it I tell you!!! I don’t regret buying these cause they are beautiful and small!!!I really liked these travel eyelash cases. Unfortunately, a few of the eyelash trays themselves were missing but the sent me a replacement. Just waiting to make sure they receive the old one back as it isn't showing in my account yet.It’s definitely worth it when you’re on the go sometimes when I’m out I want to takeoff my lashes because they’re starting to fall off or some reason like that and I will just stick it in my purse which would ruin the shape of my lashes and id lose it. but ever since I got this it’s so convenient and it comes with two as well you can carry it in your purse and keep one in your car for emergencies ! The plastic inside can come off but you can just glue it on with something and youll be straight
