I recieved exactly what they said three packs and the package was good it was nice and secured in bubble wrap:) The hairs themselves were pretty long so I just used them as individual top lashes and they looked very natural. They were jet black and easy to work with ( i used tweezeers) Worth the price BUY NOW!
