All i know is when i don’t use this stuff my eyelashes fall out much easier and are thinner etc. I have been using this for 5 plus years. It has one key ingredient barbadensis aloe. This stuff works to make lashes healthier and fuller. But you have to be patient. I used for a few months then forgot and wondered why my lashes were falling out again. (aging).
