I was so excited to see if this product actually worked. As a woman who struggles to see my own lashes I'm always optimistic about trying new ideas. At first try it seemed to work (making my lashes look a little thicker), however after 2 weeks I realized the white (step one) was quickly drying out. My lashes are the same as always, and they do look thicker when I use both, but I only have the mascara to use now due to the other end becoming dry and clumpy. Using only the mascara of course my lashes look as they did before trying this.I'm extremely picky about the make up I use and once I find something that works for me, I stick with it. I've tried everything from Dior to Maybelline mascara and Loreal's Double Extend with Lash Boosting Serum Mascara is the best I've found so far. I've been using it for years and wouldn't use anything else. The lash conditioner is what really helps your eyes "pop" and I love that it's GOOD for your lashes. It's easy to remove as well. I like the brush that Loreal uses for this product and I hope they never discontinue this because there's nothing else out there that I'd be satisfied with. I will say to new users of this mascara...let the conditioner set for a minute while you are curling your other eye lashes for mascara application. If you put it on the mascara part too soon, your lashes won't have that full, long look. It will look wiry and you're better off using Cover Girl crap. Don't wait too long either because then you'll have tarantula lashes and that looks bad on EVERYONE.I'm pretty sure i have wrote a review on this product before, but thought i would do it again. i just love this mascara and i was devastated when they stopped carrying this one in the stores! so amazon saved my life with this. this is like a holy grail :) my eyelashes are already long but this mascara makes them even longer my friend doesnt have long ones at all and i have tried this on her so many times and her eye lashes look great i love the white that is like a prep a boost for the length and then applying the black mascara ugh just love it!! i just ordered two. :) any one looking for a great mascara i chose this you should too!!. Amazon sent me a suggestion of this mascara which is double ended as my prior discontinued mascara been. It works well, does not smear or run and actually makes lashes look fuller. The same week I met a woman using the same product. She likes it and mentioned although the quantity is less than some mascaras, we should remember it is important to change to a fresh one frequently. We like the value as well.I like the boosting lotion/serum that you apply first; however, both the masquera and the serum is always dry and clumps, I always have to thin them w/water to get them to apply properly. Even w/this problem, this particular product is the best as far as only having to apply it once, it doesn't need extra coats, and it stays on all day w/o flaking.I had difficulty finding this particular product, I do hope it is not being discontinued. The only problem I have had with this, which I never experienced before with any mascara including this (used this for years), is that when I take brush out (blue end) the little gasket sometimes doesn't stay on the reservoir and the brush comes out really loaded up with the mascara. Other than that it is fantastic. I have thin eyelashes and this really makes a difference.I have used the red and white version of this mascara for years and decided to give this one a try. It is a GREAT mascara and I would totally be hooked if I hadnt already used the red and white beauty tubes version. Second favorite mascara, and I have tried almost all of themI'm really happy with this one. It's not the best mascara which I had, but definitely a good one.I like it because:1) It makes my lashes appear longer2) I like the lash boosting undercoat3) Useful mascara brush and it applies smoothly4) It is not sticky, not flaky, and not clumpy5) It doesn't look like heavy eye makeup6) It works perfect 24 hours7) It is easily to remove mascaraOverall, it is great mascara and I love it!
