They refunded the money without me having to send the lash tray back, as I advised them I would not be able to send them back due to inability to get to post office, I only wanted them aware that the tray they sent me was no good.As they have been very professional I am looking to buy another tray from them, as the one I bought may have been a off one. So glad I came across this company, I’m a beauty trainer so will be steering my student to use this brand! Highly recommend ⭐️The lashes are nice and dark, but are sometimes slightly hard to fan (although they’re easy fan lashes). This is because sometimes when you fan the lashes, they collapse after you have applied the glue and then applied the eyelash, which is very annoying (especially seem as I use quick curing adhesive). Sometimes it goes the other way, and instead of collapsing the lashes end up pointing in different directions etc. This has meant I’ve ended up wasting more lashes than usual as I have to keep throwing away fans that collapse/go skew wiff.
