The plastic sticker seal was already broken when I got this. For all I know, someone's opened it and used it for a week and then returned it. It's certainly dry and clumpy enough for that to be the case. I've returned it and won't be risking my eye health - make sure you check the seal too, if you do buy mascara online, to make sure you don't get someone else's returned product!
