I really like this mascara (the best one for me) but wish it could be sold in stores instead of having to order on line. This mascara does not clump or make your eyelashes stiff. Also, wish it was a deeper black in color.It's great mascara. I have short straight eyelash and it's amazing how it curls and lengthens them.Identical to the one I bought from Sephora the same day. This mascara dosen't smudge, clump or flake. In that order is what i love about it. I've tried many, many brands and this is my favorite. I've bought it at least 5 times in the last year. Yes, I go through one every few months because I'm weird about using fresh. But in the past when it's getting a little dry I put a dropperful of caster oil in the bottle to stretch it out until the new replacement arrived. Amazingly, the stretch lasts quite a while so I keep it for a spare in my bag and in my desk at work. It does last all day, but it's not waterproof so if you cry you have to apply more. It washes off easy with facial cleanser too. Anyway, I wanted to let people know the bottle I received was in good condition and why I like it. I have never received anything from anyone for a review. I like to provide my feedback because I rely on reviews too.I love this mascara!! It doesn't rub off under my eye like all the other mascaras I used to use. It stays on all day, but it's still easy to remove at night with eye makeup remover. I've read other reviews of this mascara where people complain about the scent. I could do without the scent, but it really doesn't bother me, and I really only smell it for a week or 2 when the mascara is brand new (and only when I'm applying it). Then I don't smell it anymore. I spent a long time looking for a mascara that wouldn't turn me into a raccoon by the end of the day and I'm so glad I found this one!This is a wonderful mascara. It gives excellent volume, length and definition. However, as some others have said, if used on the bottom lashes, it smudges on me and can give that raccoon eye black ring. I get no smudging on top lashes. So, I like It's so Big Volumizing Mascara on the bottom lashes when using this one on top lashes. (My favorite is probably Dior Overcurl as an all-around winner, but this one is great at one-coat volume and definition).This mascara doesn’t shed under my eye throughout the day, I do enjoy wearing it. Only downer is, it’s very difficult to take off.I love this mascara! I have to put two coats on but it makes my lashes look so long and amazing. I think I may have received old merchandise because the mascara dried out in the first week.Love love love! Perfect for one layer or more to turn up the drama. The scent was a little strong for me since I'm a bit sensitive to strong perfumesI have been using guerlain mascara for quite a few years and love it.
