I love these tweezers, not only did the package smell like cookies?? But they added an extra in the package and I’ve never gotten that before. As far as the tweezers come there amazing! Super cute and sturdy definitely worth the money and I’m for sure buying more!! <3Great tweezers for volume lashes.These are perfect for making and picking up fans! Has a beautiful shape that makes it comfortable to work with and easy to place the lashes! Highly recommend for anyone that loves the petite tweezers for volume lashing ?Honestly they aren’t bad! Maybe if you wanted to do classics or MAYBE 0.05 lashes then it might work for you, but I was using 0.03 (that also could have something to do w/ it) It could’ve just been the set I received because I saw a great review on YouTube about these tweezers. - stray lashes when I would pick them up - sometimes the lashes wouldn’t even come off of the lash strip when I pulled. Packaging is great! Smells great when you open the package!I originally ordered these tweezers to switch the brand of tweezers I was using. I received the first ones and attempted to use them but they didn’t even close, I couldn’t even make fans so I sent them back for a new pair. It’s 2 weeks later and I have clients in 3 days I receive my 2nd pair, I was excited to try these tweezers out. I attempted to use the tweezers they close but they are not picking up all the lashes and impossible to make a fan. I take a closer look and there are nicks in the straight edge of the tweezer’s. I notify the company and send a pic, and 2 videos. Horrible customer service. I have not herd back.I do not recommend any product from this company. The customer service is terrible.They have a good grip to them but I honestly couldn't find the sweet spot maybe it was just this pair oftweezersDoesn’t grip as I hope it would have. I use 0.03 lashes and the tweezers don’t grip like I’d hope! Have to squeeze a bit tighter to pick up and slowly ease the grip to fan otherwise it’s a struggleI really love these tweezers as a lash artist! Its definitely one of my favorites from livbay!
