Full disclosure: I bought these lashes back in 2021 and I've just now opened then in May of 2022.301 have been my go-to lashes for yeeeeeears, so I tend to buy them in bulk, but my last order was different... The packaging was pink (instead of white) and now that I've actually opened them and started wearing them, I can say that they MUST be made with a different material. USUALLY when I take them off, I rinse them, peel off the lash glue, and re-form them by putting back on their original packaging... But THIS batch? Totally frizzed out, lost alll their shape, and weren't salvageable.If anyone has had the same experience I would love to know!About to order more in hopes that they show up in the white packaging and that everything is back to normal, ya know? Ha!Like that lashes are natural lookingDuring the past couple of months,I've tried several different brands and styles of lashes, and Ardell's 301 are my very favorite. In fact, I gave all my other unused lashes away. The 301 half lash is neither too loose nor too sparse and the graduated length of the hairs is just perfect. Amazon's sets of 8 lashes are the best deal you'll find on the internet, even lower in cost than the best price on everyone's favorite auction website.I'm 64 years old and can no longer wear mascara because lately I've developed an allergy to every brand. The 301s are perfect for my close set, round eyes. I apply the lashes with Revlon's Clear Lash Adhesive that turns blue-white when to tell you it's dry enough to apply but dries clear. Because the glue is latex free, it won't irritate even the most sensitive eyes.To disguise the clear plastic strip of the 301 and the inner edges of the lashes, I apply a thin line of eyeliner with an Almay eyeliner pen in black-brown to both the 301s and my own eyelids. I then line my eyes again with an eyeliner pencil and with eyeshadow for a smokey effect. The result looks very pretty for day or night..As long as you handle the 301s gently and clean off the glue after you wear them each night, you can wear them for about half a dozen times.When I opened them I thought they looked like nothing. But when I put them on they were perfect for me. I like more of a bat wing look and natural look so for me they are perfect.LOVE THESE!!!Very natural looking and easy to apply!I love these lashes, they’re reusable, affordable and easy to use. They’re perfect for daily wear, a little extra oomph without being obvious. I have a some Asian in me so my eyes are a little small; most regular falsies look ridiculous on me, but these are amazing. I love the value pack! Great price.I love these lashes. They do not look fake because they are only half way across your lid, so unlike other fake lashes where there is a hard stop at the tear ducts of you eye, this doesn't happen with these lashes. I highly recommend!!!Add a bit of fullness for everyday wear.
